I took a break from remodelling to take a Trip to Japan. That brought work on the bathroom to a halt for a while. Trip preparation and taking care of things after I returned took priority, because they could.

Now that I'm back from vacation, time to get working on the bathroom again. First came washing the wallpaper paste off the one wall that was wallpapered (otherwise it would cause problems with paint).
